Why I build AI for businesses in Hampshire

I'm Emanuele Pugliese. I live and work in Hook, and I started PuglieseWeb because I think the businesses around me are being left out of the AI change.

The gap I want to close

Large companies have teams to try AI, test it and make it safe. A practice of eight people in Basingstoke, a solicitor in Winchester or a family business in Fleet doesn't. They hear the same promises, but nobody explains what is safe to use, what it really costs, or where their clients' data ends up.

I want to close that gap. Small and medium businesses in Hampshire should get the benefits of AI without taking risks they can't see and without paying for a project they don't need.

What that means in practice

Secure, because I've spent my career on it. For fifteen years I built payment systems, where a mistake with data is not an option. I build the same way now. Your data stays in the UK, it is encrypted, and it is never used to train AI models. You can read exactly where it goes on our trust page.

Cost-effective, because I price what things actually cost. Evrella, our AI chatbot, starts with 30 days free. When a business needs something built for it, I give a fixed starting price up front: an AI assessment with a working proof of concept starts at £2,500. If AI isn't the right answer for your problem, I'll tell you.

Local, because trust is easier face to face. When you call PuglieseWeb, you talk to the person who will do the work. I'm happy to meet you in Hook, Basingstoke, Fleet or wherever your office is. Hampshire is where I started, and the same care goes into every business we work with, wherever it is.

If this sounds like what your business needs
