Our registered office is in Hook, on the M3 corridor in north Hampshire. From here we work with businesses in Basingstoke, Fleet, Farnborough, Winchester, Southampton, Portsmouth and Guildford, and with clients across the UK and Europe. Most of the work is done remotely; when a workshop is better done in the same room, we are close by.
The person you speak to is the person who does the work. Our founder,Emanuele Pugliese, spent fifteen years building event-driven systems for high-assurance payments at Discover and Capital One before founding PuglieseWeb. The same standards run under everything we build: our own products, and the AI and automation we build for you.

Hampshire and the Solent's AI push
The region wants to be one of the UK's leading places for AI. In July 2026 the AI Growth Alliance launched at the Farnborough International Airshow, bringing together businesses, universities, councils and the Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, alongside an AI Leadership and Skills Strategy for Hampshire and the Solent for 2026 to 2029.

No. We are based in Hook, Hampshire, and most of our work is done remotely, so we work with businesses across the UK and Europe. Being close by helps when a workshop is better done in the same room.

An AI adoption assessment with a proof of concept starts from £2,500, and an architecture audit from £3,000. No VAT is added: PuglieseWeb LTD is not currently VAT registered. The proposal confirms the final price for your scope.

Everything we build and run is on AWS in the London region, encrypted at rest and in transit, and your data is never used to train AI models. Our trust page sets out the detail.
Do you build websites?
No. Our partner web developers build websites, and they install Evrella, our AI receptionist, on the sites they build. We build the AI, the automation and the software behind them.
