Everything in the sandbox is simulated — the plants are invented and no real home is shown. The app’s interface is in Italian, which is where Ema Comfort is being installed first.

One app for the whole plant

Heating is rarely one machine. Ema Comfort treats the system as it actually is — several sources, several zones, and hot water competing with all of them.

  • Every zone, one screen

    Up to six heating zones with their own schedules, target temperatures and current readings — seen together rather than one thermostat at a time.

  • Heat sources in cascade

    A heat pump, a gas boiler, a pellet stove and a wood burner, ordered by which should run first. The system picks the cheapest source that can meet the demand.

  • Hot water on a schedule

    Domestic hot water treated as its own service, with its own timing and its own priority against heating.

  • Solar-aware

    With photovoltaic and a battery, the plant learns to move consumption into the hours the roof is paying for it.

  • Ventilation and probes

    Mechanical ventilation and plant-room probes are part of the same picture, not a separate app with a separate login.

  • Third-party systems too

    A controller Ema Comfort did not install is read through a connector — visible and monitored, even where it cannot be commanded.

  • For installers

    Every plant you look after in one list, with the state of each and the history behind it — so a call about a cold house starts with what the system was actually doing, not with a drive out to read a display.

  • For the homes they look after

    One app for the whole house: what each room is set to, when the hot water runs, and what it is costing — without needing to understand the plant behind it.
