Responsibilities

Work on the Business Solutions

• Together define a technical vision, strategy and principles driven by business needs.

• Enable the Scrum team to drive the solutions.

Work with Business and Architects

• Plans short-lived features, driven by long-term goals (initiative).

• Clarify business goals and ensure they are understood by everyone interested.

Work with Scrum Teams

• Facilitate the implementation the Architectural solution.

• Provide guidance and foster software best practices within the department.
